Hotel MX condesa CDMX, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Kind staff (shout out to Monse at the front desk, and the Tosta serving staff!), active neighbourhood, and close to the metro. Our room was simple and clean, great shower.

We have been here for over a week now, and are thoroughly enjoying our stay. The hotel isn’t high end, but it is very clean and comfortable. The staff here are wonderful. I have never stayed anywhere where every single staff member was so nice. Every person we have encountered has been friendly and helpful. I would like to give an extra shout out to Daniela at the reception desk. No matter what we asked for, be it amenities, information or help, she always went above and beyond what was needed. She was very kind about our less than perfect Spanish as well. Thanks Daniela! I also have to say that we have booked a return visit. Looking forward to seeing Daniela again, as well as more of this beautiful city.

Great hotel, great hospitality. We got the breakfast included and it was diverse and tasty. Overall a really good experience, only downside being nitpicky is that our room was close to the lobby so we could here people coming or leaving but to me it was not an issue and I'm picky with that. Room already provides earplugs if that happens to be an issue for you. A big plus is that a lot of activities or bus tours are at walking distance.

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff and the included breakfast is really nice. It loses a star star because the day of my arrival before I arrived I got an email saying I needed to contact them asap to give them my credit card or my reservation would be cancelled. I gave them the same credit card I had already provided with my booking and it was fine after that. But. A lot of unnecessary stress over nothing. If there is an issue contact the people prior to the day they are arriving. The bathroom door doesn't give a lot of privacy as it is frosted glass door. Also bring earplugs for sleeping. Mexico City is loud.

Everyone was wonderful! Juan, Esau, and the whole team took good care of us and were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to Chapultepec Park and Parque Espana. The design of the bathroom is a little awkward, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay!

We recently stayed here based on a recommended from a friend and loved the place. Our room was very comfortable but maybe a little rough around the edges for some. The beds were super comfortable and we never heard a thing. As many have noted, there's no ventilation but we had a great fan that pushed a lot of air and we left our door open... problem solved. The staff was awesome, the location was ideal, and the breakfast that's included was a nice surprise. I've already recommended this place to a few friends and would definitely stay here on our next visit.

I booked this last minute when there weren’t many options left, and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, the rooms were much cleaner than I expected, and the location couldn’t have been better. Don’t judge a book by its cover — this place really exceeded my expectations!

My stay was quite pleasant. Esau was so nice, the whole staff was very sweet. The included breakfast was great! The only thing is, we ordered a king bed which we did get, it just squeaked so much that any movement made a noise. Overall, it was a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend and want to come back.
